Between 2002 and 2010, a team of interviewers working for Centropa in Vienna met with, and interviewed, one hundred Holocaust survivors. Rather than interviewing them on video tape, they digi- tized 1,600 old family photographs. Instead of concen- trating these interviews on how their families perished during the Holocaust, Centropa asked them share their stories about how they lived--before, during and after.
